The TM8250 conventional and data compatible radios are rugged, high-performing mobiles with a large alphanumeric display.

These TM8200 series radios can support up to 300 scanning or voting groups, and as a result of the exceptionally fast processing time, a large number of channels can be quickly scanned for signal strength.


User Interface
The easy-to-use display, keypad and menu structure mean users can quickly view information and access the radio's functions in fast-changing situations - whether it's a police officer in a high-speed pursuit or a truck driver responding to an urgent despatch job.

Alphanumeric labels can be programmed and viewed, and up to four lines of text and icons can be displayed. Four function keys can be programmed for fast one-touch access to commonly used features, and a comprehensive easy-to-use menu allows you to quickly navigate to all radio functions.

Applications
TM8200 series radios provide solutions for a diverse range of applications, and are ideal for transport, utilities and public safety users.

They provide an excellent despatch station for a fleet of TM8100 and/or TM8200 mobiles, particularly in bus, train and heavy transport fleets. Comprehensive Selcall features combined with the enhanced display enable a fleet despatcher to easily identify all incoming calls, and easily select radios to call.

TM8200 series mobiles make ideal road transport and construction fleet radios. The larger display format allows users easier access and control of the radio, and a built-in voice inversion scrambler reduces the security risk of others listening in to business activities.
